If they're trying to purchase something from a web site, Office is not involved in that in any way whatsoever and yous'd know that if you thought well-nigh it for ten seconds. That'southward why this thread doesn't vest in the Function forum. It'south a web or web browser issue, not an Office issue. If someone goes to a machine dealer and asks for medical advice, is it the asker or the car dealer people who made the mistake?

If y'all aren't loganberger (the person to whom I was replying over two years ago) or LauraRoland , the person who started this thread over three years ago, y'all should exist starting your own thread. Moreover, since this thread and forum are about Part 2010 and you're speaking of a spider web site, not Part 2010, yous should starting a new thread in the correct forum.
When I visit http://www.microsoft.com/, I certainly meet a "Cart" push button. It looks like a picayune shopping cart and it points to http://www.microsoftstore.com/store?Action=DisplayPage&Locale=en_US&SiteID=msusa&id=ThreePgCheckoutShoppingCartPage. This is what it looks like:
